Toxic work environment and poor management claim a former Drawdown assistant at

"One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure working for. The management do NOT care for their staff. Insane to work there make you feel worthless. A lot of name blame and shame culture if you dare make a mistake. Will leave you clinically depressed and questioning your morals in life."

Operations (Former Employee) says

"Was a fabulous company, with a fantastic culture, work life balance and celebratory atmosphere. Became a completely different animal (and not for the better) following the Aberdeen merger."

Business Management Consultant (Former Employee) says

"Not what it used to be. Lacks strong, clear leadership. The integration of AAM and SLI is still ongoing. Many good people have left. Those remaining are mostly frustrated."

Financial Analyst - Internship (Former Employee) says

"Daily meetings help to encourage a more familiar environment. I learned a lot about US equities while interning here."
